Is it necessary to apply a sunscreen product if I do not plan on being outdoors during peak sun hours?
Yes, sun protection should be a part of daily regimen for all skin types and conditions. Both UVA and UVB rays are known causes of skin cancer, and although UVB rays may be more prominent during the peak sun hours, UVA rays remain constant throughout the day, and penetrate glass and most clothing.
My skin is very oily. Do I need a moisturizer?

I thought that retinol was only available by prescription and made you flake and peel?
Retinoic acid- a form of vitamin A – is available by prescription only, and although effective, can cause irritation on some skin. Retinol is another from of vitamin A that is converted into retinoic acid in the skin, making it a gentler alternative for daily use. Retinol only causes flaking when used in high percentages. I have started to develop acne as I get older. Should I use the same products to treat the breakouts that a teenager would use?
Acne is becoming a more common skin challenge in adults, and is often caused by hormone fluctuations, menopause and/or stress, especially in women. As skin ages, skin hydration decreases.
